Last week Kristian went three days to Berlin, while I stayed in Denmark, teaching. He came back Friday night, bringing me a mandarin orange cocotte and dessert plate from Le Creuset (this colour is only available in Germany), Rittersport chocolate and tulips. Chocolate, flowers and Le Creuset, what more could a girl ask for? This addition brings my Le Creuset Cocotte Collection up to 18 different colours, and I plan on adding two more at the end of this week…
In other news, I made Honey Puff Crispie Treats, they are like Rice Krispie Treats but with Honey Puffs. If you like Honey Puffs, you should give them a try! The recipe is simple Rice Krispie Treats with the Rice Krispies replaced with Honey Puffs.
30 g butter
140 g marshmallows
6.5 dl Honey Puffs
Melt the butter and the marshmallows either in a microwave oven or on the stove. When melted and completely combined, stir in the cereal and mix thoroughly. Spread the mixture on a greased piece of parchment paper, and let it cool before cutting into bars.
