These cupcakes are particularly elegant, if the icing is coloured black, and given a little edible silver glitter.
12 chocolate cupcakes
Icing:
110 g confectionarys sugar
1 tbsp. coca-cola
3 spsk. rum
100 g dark chocolate
optionally black food colouring
Mix the sugar with cola, rum and optionally food colouring. Melt the chocolate and add to the icing. Spread the icing quickly on the cupcakes, as it hardens fast once the chocolate is added.
