Line a tin with baking parchment.
Sugar Cookie Layer:
3,25 dl flour
½ tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
110 g soft butter
1,75 dl sugar
½ egg
1 tsk vanilla sugar
Cream the butter and sugar, add the egg, and mix with the dry ingredients.
Press the dough into the tin.
Chocolate Cookie Layer:
110 g butter
1 dl sugar
0,75 dl brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsk. vanilla sugar
2 dl flour
1,5 dl cocoa powder
1 tsk baking powder
pinch of salt
1,5 dl chopped chocolate
Cream the butter and sugar, add the egg, and mix with the dry ingredients and the chocolate.
Press the dough on top of the sugar cookie dough.
Peanut Butter Layer:
1,5 dl peanutbutter
1 dl sugar
1 egg
Mic the ingredients, and spread on top of the chocolate cookie dough.
Chocolate Chip Cookie Layer:
110 g soft butter
0,9 dl sugar
0,9 dl brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsk vanilla sugar
3 dl flour
½ tsk baking soda
pinch of salt
1,5 dl chopped chocolate.
Cream the butter and sugar, add the egg, and mix with the dry ingredients and the chocolate.
Press the dough on top of the peanutbutter layer
Bake at 175 degrees Celsius, for 34-40 minutes, if the top becomes brown, cover with foil.
Let the cake cool, and lift it out of the tin. Slice it, and drizzle with melted chocolate.
