110 g softened butter
110 g sugar
2 eggs
110 g flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. vanilla sugar
Beat the sugar and butter until creamy, and add the eggs one at the time. Add baking powder and flour.
Divide the batter between lined cupcake pans, and bake for 20 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius, until a skewer comes out clean.
